Walking Dead alum Dallas Roberts reprises his role as the serial killer who claimed the life of Chicago P.D.’s Nadia during last season’s big crossover event. When a new body washes ashore on the beach where Yates buried many of his victims, the SVU team looks at Yates as the prime suspect, only to discover something far more sinister is amiss.
